(The Versatile Link, VersaLink, or V-pin are all names give to the proprietary fiber optic connector originally developed by HP which is now owned by Avago.) These patch cords are suitable for any networking and factory automation application. For VersaLink data applications requiring riser or plenum flammability ratings or extended operating distances over 75 meters, Industrial Fiber Optics offers a standard product line of preterminated fiber optic patch cords. Made with OFS HCS® 200/230 µm fiber cable and connectors, and in lengths ranging from 1 to 200 meters, these standard patch cords are available either from stock or quickly made to order. Measured insertion loss data for each cable can be provided with special request, as well as custom cable lengths.
