RepairsTo return an item to Industrial Fiber Optics for repair or replacement parts, please use one of the forms below. No Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to shipping. When returning items, please include the name of a contact person, daytime phone number and return shipping address. When returning items for analysis and possible repair, please download and complete the Industrial Fiber Optics Repair form (see below). Pack items and all supporting materials with the Repair Form carefully in a strong box with adequate packing material to prevent damage in shipment. Shipping instructions are at the bottom of these forms. We will create a personal file (RMA number) that will expedite return of your goods to you. We accord priority to processing of items still under warranty. In the case of items returned for repair, we usually will have a repair cost quote back to you for approval and confirmation within five to seven working days after we receive your returned product(s). When approval and confirmation of the quote are received with either credit card information or purchase order, we will prepare to return product to you. We will ship after payment or purchase order is processed. |
