Company Overview

Industrial Fiber Optics, Inc. (IFO) is an Arizona-registered S-corporation located in Tempe, Arizona and has been in business since 1990. In 2012 IFO met the stringent requirements for ISO 9001-2008, but in December of 2017 the certification was updated to the ISO 9001:2015 version. This certification is for product design, processes, manufacturing, and sales of fiber optic products.

We specialize in providing leading-edge solutions and manufacturing technology products such as industrial networking cables, illumination fibers and bundles, medical assembles, and optical sensors. We manufacture and market standard, custom design and OEM fiber cable assemblies that utilize plastic optical fiber (POF) and a plastic-clad glass optical core fiber, bulk fiber cable, connectors, tools, and test equipment. We pride ourselves in being a leader in providing top-quality educational laser and fiber optic products, which incorporate in-depth safety mechanisms.

Our Prototyping Facility can build prototypes and fixtures in-house with our state-of-the-art equipment. Customers are welcome to choose from a wide variety of stock fiber and connectors to assist in fabricating custom products.
