1. Can I call and pay over the phone?
IFO is not set-up for in-house payments. IFO does not accept credit card information over the phone or emails. You can purchase directly through the website via IFO Shopping Cart's certified SSL secure payment server.

2. Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Purchase Order requests are accepted from customers who have met the minimum requirements or otherwise noted, i.e. non-shopping cart orders/custom orders, wire transfer, AZ and FL tax exempt (exempt form needed).

3. How do I request for quote?
For standard products, please list quantity of all requested IFO part numbers and submit an email to info@i-fiberoptics.com.

For Custom and OEM products, please submit an email to sales@i-fiberoptics.com or call 480 804 1227, ext. 209.

4. Can I expedite my order?
Please Contact Us for expediting availability. A 25% expediting fee and charge for upgrading to Next Day shipping may apply.

5. What is the lead-time?
Lead-times vary depending on product. Please contact us at info@i-fiberoptics.com for inquiries. Please note, all cable assemblies are built to order with a standard lead-time of 5-7 business days subject to order quantity and material availability.
