Industrial Fiber Optics manufactures multiple product lines of premium quality fiber optic patch cords suitable for Sercos networking and other industrial networking applications. This particular cable series is for short distance applications such as those inside cabinets, those that require moderate tensile strength and others which must withstand moderate physical abuse and/or exposure to chemicals. These cables are more resistant to chemicals and have higher tensile strength than the IF 636 series cables. Patch cord consists of a fiber cable with industry-standard 1.0 mm optical core surrounded by a polyamide jacket with all stainless steel SMA 905 connectors. Equivalent to Allen Bradley 2090-SCNP and the Bosch Rexroth IKO0982 series.
