1. Can I call and pay over the phone?
IFO is not set-up for in-house payments. IFO does not accept credit card information over the phone or emails. You can purchase directly through the website via IFO Shopping Cart's certified SSL secure payment server.
2. Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Purchase Order requests are accepted from customers who have met the minimum requirements or otherwise noted, i.e. non-shopping cart orders/custom orders, wire transfer, AZ and FL tax exempt (exempt form needed).

4. Can I expedite my order?
Please Contact Us for expediting availability. A 25% expediting fee and charge for upgrading to Next Day shipping may apply.

5. What is the lead-time?
Lead-times vary depending on product. Please contact us at info@i-fiberoptics.com for inquiries. Please note, all cable assemblies are built to order with a standard lead-time of 5-7 business days subject to order quantity and material availability.
6. Can we use our own shipping account?
Shipping is pre-paid and will be by UPS Ground in the U.S. and Canada, and UPS World Wide Expedited to all other destinations unless otherwise noted on Orders. IFO does not use customer's shipping carrier accounts.

7. How do I request for Terms?
Prior to submitting a request for Net30 Terms, the following requirements must be met; a customer within the United Sates, monthly purchases of at least 6 months and a minimum annual amount of $5,000 USD. If you would like to submit a request for Net 30 Terms please send email to info@i-fiberoptics.com.
8. How do I return my order?
Before returning any product to IFO, contact IFO to receive approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by sending an email to: info@i-fiberoptics.com. Please visit Returns which is also located under Support tab for additional information.
